The N610i, flying high

It’s official. At the recent EDP Awards, Domino’s 7-colour digital label press scooped first prize in the Best Label Printer category. The prestigious annual awards, held as part of drupa ’16 in ‎Düsseldorf, recognise innovation and quality as well as value to the user, customer support and service capabilities. With 150 submissions, it’s fair to say we are thrilled with the award.

Why does the right label press matter?

Printing technology is moving faster than ever before. And in a fiercely competitive market, manufacturers are demanding label quality that helps their products leap off the shelf. They want variation. They want quality. They want clarity. They want speed. The future of your business depends on meeting the market demands - without hurting your bottom line, harming your efficiency or turning your operations upside down.

What makes the N610i so good?

The adjudicators at the EDP Awards singled out the N610i for its low total cost of ownership. But there’s much more to it than that.

For starters it’s perfect for high-speed production, with operating speeds of up to 75 metres per minute (246 feet per minute). Then there’s the quality: you can expect a resolution of 600 dpi. And the high impact UV curable inks, including a highly opaque screen-like white, enables over 90% of the Pantone range to be printed. Finally, the ability to quickly juggle low print runs means small orders don’t curb productivity, allowing you to expand your client roster. Quite simply the N610i delivers the highest digital productivity, the best digital UV inkjet quality and the most consistent print results on the market.

Which is why printing companies and manufacturers of all sizes are choosing Domino as their preferred digital partner.
