Offline coding of mono cartons continues to be an important operation in several industries including Pharmaceuticals, Food, Automotive and Personal Care. Code Verify and Reject (CVR) station, is designed to enhance productivity of offline mono carton coding operations.
Domino Thermal inkjet printer (TIJ), R-Series Vision System integrated onto a robust carton handling system constitutes the CVR station. The system is designed to work with flexibility to add other Domino printing technologies on need basis. This station is designed to handle mono cartons of different sizes. Inbuilt reject system gets activated basis feedback from the vision system, thereby automating the complete operation.
Automatic Stacker - destacker enables higher productivity delivering 120 to 200 cartons per minute. Manpower assigned for offline printing operations will be able to deliver 40% to 60% higher number of printed mono cartons. Minimises wastage through inline quality check.
Suitable for wide range of mono cartons with sizes varying from to printing of Human Readable Codes, barcodes, data matrix codes, QR codes and several other machine readable codes with inline quality check. Flexibility to integrate other Domino printing technologies like CIJ, Laser and Piezo Inkjets.
Vacuum belt conveyor ensures stable product movement. Robust mounting for print heads and vision system with precision adjustments ensure high quality and consistent printing. Printing SS and Aluminium construction for GMP environment.
Integrated Personal computer allows for easy message creation on the Gx-Series and simultaneously code egg with confidence and branding. Ease of access makes operation convenient. Easy cartridge loading is available for the TIJ printhead.
Integrates flawlessly with wide range of Domino printers, allowing for consistent and reliable code verification. Ensures synchronization between the CVR Station and the printing system for accurate code matching.
