Several industries require coding large amount of content including machine readable codes on flexibles. Printing such codes on the laminates in Form Fill Seal (FFS) packaging machines have been successfully delivered using Domino Thermal transfer over printers. Often, there are SKUs which are manually packed in preformed pouches where the coding requirement continue to be large.

Automatic Pouch Handling Stations are designed to meet these requirements without compromising on productivity and reliability. This system is designed to handle variety of preformed pouches which can be fed through the specially designed automated stacker-destacker. Precision guiding of preformed pouches at significant speed enables quality coding resulting in high productivity, lower coding defects and reduced rework / waste.

Improved Productivity

Automatic stacker-destacker enables higher productivity delivering 60 to 150 pouches per minute. Precision guiding of pouches through the gap between TTO roller and print head prevents need for operator intervention.

Flexibility

Suitable for wide range of Pouches of different sizes ranging from 150x200 mm to 400x500mm. Printing of QR codes and large code content of 53mmx100mm or even more. Can handle pouches made of variety of materials like BOPP, Polyester, Tyvek etc.

Reliability

Significant improvement in print head life of TTO printers. Toothed friction roller or friction belt on feed side enables smooth and reliable feeding. Vacuum Belt ensure pouches are stable ensuring movement ensuring reliable performance.

Easy to use

7 inch Touch Screen provides simple interface where labels can be easily created and edited. Easy to thread, flat resting and light-weight cassettes with quick release spindles enables faster and easier ribbon changeover.

High Quality Prints

Achieve crisp and clear prints on with Domino Vx-Series TTO Printers. Enhance brand image with 300 X 300 DPI high resolution codes on pouches.

Vison Solution

R-Series vision systems can be integrated on to system to check the codes presence and scan ability on each of the products.
