About the role

We have a fantastic new opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in our Channel Development centre of excellence as a Programme & Change Manager for the Digital First Programme.
This role can be located remotely and we welcome applications from colleagues within any of our Domino locations. Candidates will need flexibility to travel on occasions as appropriate.

This role offers a great opportunity to:

• Join the Channel Development team, a dynamic team with a broad reach across the Channels Division, to lead the migration to a digital-first approach for customer engagement.
• Define the requirements for digital solutions across the entire customer lifecycle, leading and facilitating requirements gathering across a diverse stakeholder group.
• Contribute to the innovation agenda, challenging current thinking and proposing new ways of working.

• Proven track record of delivering programmes of change with a high level of digital content.
• Process, project and change management in global organisations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
