Remote Service When You Need It
With SafeGuard AR, you are connected to specially trained Domino service experts, to share the specific challenges you are experiencing via a secure video link. Our service experts can then interact with the video feed and direct your site team through effective resolution steps.
SafeGuard AR allows us to be at your side when you need us most. Based on Domino’s technical assessment, we may use this system to allow our service experts to use real-time views of your line to help pinpoint and diagnose a problem as quickly as possible, and, if possible, walk you through a repair to get your line back up and running without having to send out one of our in-person technicians.
If we decide an engineer is required, this service helps assess the extent of the problem and potential parts required for an improved first-time fix.
