Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 (based on qualifications), eligible for monthly bonus based on KPI's
Position Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is responsible for creating and managing sales ready opportunities for the sales account management team by uncovering, qualifying and developing marketing ready leads and pushing them through the funnel to sales ready lead status. The LGS will be responsible for cultivating data driven marketing leads by contacting prospects by phone and/or email, evaluating needs and appropriately positioning Domino and our field sales experts; thereby creating qualified sales opportunities to be handed off. Additionally, the LGS will be responsible for managing all incoming leads and ensuring thorough follow-up, maximizing sales from these leads. The role will also require research within our internal and external databases to uncover additional sales opportunities and support the efforts of the national/strategic account team.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Contact prospects identified as “ready to buy�?
- Uncover prospecting opportunities through database analysis
- Perform the “telemarketing�? function of targeted marketing campaigns
- Log and manage incoming leads
- Manage live chat function on the Domino NA website
- Support trade show and event efforts
- Report/track generated sales ready leads/hand-offs
- Travel to support tradeshows, training and departmental objectives (~10%)

What You Need
Education & Experience
- High school diploma with some college course work, preferred
- Proven successful sales/telemarketing experience
- Some working experience in a B2B environment; experience in coding/marking/labelling equipment is a significant advantage
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Sales mindset; tenacity
- Understanding of the sales process for industrial equipment
- Proficiency with SalesForce or similar CRM
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
Physical Demands
- Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exserting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.
