Our Purpose:  To apply industrial printing expertise and reliable solutions to help the world’s manufacturers be sustainable and cut waste, while attracting, informing, and protecting consumers. 

 

The Role: Reporting to the Sales Manager Spain, the Key Account Manager will be instrumental in growing the business through new customer acquisition and further development of pre-existing relationships. Focusing mainly in the strategic sectors to develop relationships and opportunities to sell Domino’s range of Coding and Marking printers. This role could be based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Further responsibilities include:

 

  • Play an integral role in the effective acquisition and retention of new customers
  • Focus primarily on generating new business alongside developing opportunities with our existing customers, through strategic selling, influencing and skilful negotiation
  • Understand and define customer objectives and continually qualify their needs
  • Monitor competitors’ actions and formulate proactive plans and appropriate initiatives to maintain/increase Domino’s market share
  • Provide regular forecasting reports and activity updates through our CRM system
  • Liaise with Marketing to co-ordinate campaigns, attend exhibitions and organised events such as conferences, trade fairs and industry shows whilst promoting Domino and increasing market visibility.

 

 

About you: To be successful in this role you will need to have previous Key Account Management or a Business Development experience, ideally within an industrial and engineering industry. Naturally, you’ll be results driven, energetic in tackling tasks in a busy working environment. This role requires someone who can demonstrate care and skill in tasks undertaken. Were looking for candidates who have excellent people skills, who are able to build sustainable client relationships as well as effective internal relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.  In this role you will manage multiple client accounts, responsible for building rapport with key clients using by leveraging your analytical ability, enabling rapid development and presentation of value propositions, payback periods etc to enable our customers to achieve their goals.

Working for a UK owned global business will require excellent English.
